Mango Tiger’s TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Mango Tiger (MT) is passionate about delivering excellent travel experiences to the clients of our agents. As such, booking requests are handled directly by our teams in Vietnam, Laos and Cambodia

All information in your itinerary is accurate to the best of our knowledge but please note that changes to our trips can and do occur. These are in most circumstances minor, and often may be due to logistical reasons such as changes in boat/flight schedules, government policies or for the purposes of safety and intermittent weather conditions. Mango Tiger will make every effort to keep you informed of any changes, but cannot be held liable for any alterations made to your itinerary.

Travelers are responsible for having proper travel documents, such as a valid passport with enough pages, the proper visas and the necessary passport pictures.

It is the travelers responsibility to have proper and adequate travel insurance for the duration of their trip and Mango Tiger is not responsible for any accidents that may occur. Their travel policy should include covering the unforeseeable and ongoing effects of Covid 19.

Mango Tiger defines Force Majeure as: “Any circumstances beyond the reasonable control of a party which prevent or impede the due performance of our services, including but not limited to war or hostilities; riot or civil commotion; epidemic; earthquake, flood or other natural disasters.”


The traveler and his agent warrant that Mango Tiger and its subsidiaries shall not be responsible and/or liable for costs or missed opportunities

due to changes and/or cancellations in the program, or part(s) thereof due to Force Majeure.

Mango Tiger shall do its utmost to provide services to the best of its ability and work towards full satisfaction of the client. Mango Tiger acts solely as an intermediary between the traveler, his travel agent or tour operator, and local airlines, hotels, restaurants, boat companies and ground transportation companies. Mango Tiger  is therefore not responsible for any loss, injury or damage sustained by the traveler, including those occurring outside the tour programs. We shall in no event be liable to the traveler or his travel agent, by reason of breach of services or unsatisfactory services provided to the traveler by third parties or by way of indemnity or in tort or otherwise, for any loss, injury, damage, delay, change in schedule or other adverse events which are beyond the control of Mango Tiger and/or sustained by an act or default of any person or company providing the services to the traveler.

PAYMENT

Payment is due on the date specified as “due date” on our invoice. Payment is always expected latest 14 days in advance of the clients arriving in the destinations. Invoice amount is net; all bank fees are the responsibility of the client. Mango Tiger reserves the right to cancel any arrangements without notification if payments have not been received by the due date.

Deposits may be needed to secure certain reservations, such as for flights, transfers or hotel allotments. Deposits, if any, will be communicated in advance, and typically invoiced separately.


We realize that the majority of those who cancel their reservations do so out of necessity, however, due to the specialized program we provide, please refer to the cancellation schedule below:

Mango Tiger will notify you as quickly as possible of any cancellation.

Mango Tiger may cancel the holiday if you do not pay the balance of the price on time and Mango Tiger may retain the deposit you have paid.

In the event of cancellation by Mango Tiger you will be entitled to either:

  • Have a full refund; or 
  • Accept a substitute alternative from Mango Tiger of equivalent or closely similar
    standard and price, if one is available; or
  • Choose a substitute alternative of a lower standard to the travel arrangements booked together with a refund of the difference in price.

Please note that the above charges are excluding any non-refundable deposits. Mango Tiger endeavors to disclose such non- refundable deposits upon confirmation, but cannot be held responsible for such fees charged by third parties.

Mango Tiger reserves the right to give no refund in case of cancellation of the remaining program, in full or part, by the travelers after they started the tour.

Mango Tiger  reserves the right to increase the cost of your holiday should the government impose new taxes or increase existing taxes, currency fluctuations, or due to increases in fuel charges. You will be informed by us of any increases, which shall be payable by you at the time of notification.

As of May 2020 Mango Tiger Travel Limited will not be booking flights on behalf of agents/customers. In the event a program contains a flight we will mention the preferred airline(s) to book through.

AMENDMENTS

Mango Tiger reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time and from time to time without any prior notice. Kindly be advised to check at our website for the latest Terms and Conditions.
